(a fresh and light dish, with local berries when seasonally available)

MAIN COURSES

Cullen Skink
(an old traditional favourite and a hearty dish which will really fill your boots)

Chicken Stuffed with Haggis, served with a Whisky Sauce
(if you’ve never tried haggis, this is a great way to educate your taste buds)

Slow roasted Venison with a Redcurrant Jus
(if you like red meat, you’ll love this dish)

Enchilada - Roasted Vegetable Wrapped in a Tortilla topped with Cheese and then baked (v) (with all the usual accompaniments including guacamole, salsa and sour cream)

DESSERTS

Cranachan
(a Scottish pudding made with whipped cream, honey, oats and raspberries)

White Chocolate Mousse (served with a coffee topping)
