When will I recieve my box?


Boxes will arrive at the start of the month so you have the whole month to 'Get Lost In Play'.




How will I know what is coming in my next box?


The shop allows you to see what next months box will be focused on, however we want you and your child to be surprised so we do not include exactly what you will recieve.




Do you have a returns and refunds policy?


Unfortunately we do not do offer refunds, however if you have any issues or any of your items are damaged, please email us (with images) and we will send out a replacement of the damaged item straight away.




How do I cancel my subscription?


Subscriptions can only be cancelled after the first 3 months. If you wish to cancel, simply email us at play@thegreateskape.com.




Can I purchase a box during the month?


Boxes can be purchased during the month provided they are in stock. Please note if purchasing a box for a particular craft (e.g. Father's Day), ensure you order in good time to complete your craft.




Can I purchase boxes that have already passed or boxes that are coming soon?


Boxes that have already passed can be purchased if they are in stock. You can purchase boxes coming soon as part of a subscription package, however these boxes will not be available until the end of the previous month.




Do I have to subscribe?


No, you can purchase one off boxes.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Paypal and all major credit / debit cards* *Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express




How much is shipping?


Standard shipping in the United Kingdom is from £2.99. Multiple, subscription and birthday boxes shipping starts from £5.99. Boxes will be sent in time for the forthcoming month. Please Note! Boxes are only shipped once payments have been processed.
